We would really like to use the Comet OLEDB driver to do a full DTS import to Microsoft SQL server. Unfortunately the Comet ODBC driver has no inbound access only outbound for Comet clients and OLE DB seems to be the only potential way to do this.
We have installed the OLE DB driver on a server running our comet based application. When the DTS wizard tries to list the tables in the database we get a message box from OLE DB driver stating "Comet must be running to use this product". The Comet database server is running in our system tray and all of our user to can concurrently use the application, so I am not sure what else this driver might require to allow access.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
