Thanks for that, the right-click option provided me with more insight. This sounds crazy, but here goes. It appears as though when Comet is running in a window and not full-screen, if the first attempt at rebuild is Comet/Rebuild directory the program does nothing. Full-screen, Comet/Rebuild directory and right-click method both seem to work without issue. When Windowed, it appears as though right-click rebuild works at any time. When Windowed, Comet/Rebuild directory only seems to work after a right-click rebuild has been called. Whew....
