New Upgrade Difficulty

Can someone please tell me my oversight and where I went astray.

Upgrade Comet 98 to Comet 2012.

Two workstations.

DPAC1, also the server comes up fine.

DPAC2, cannot locate the security server.

Attached is the Comet.ini file, DPAC1 startup, and DPAC2 startup.

All help is appreciated.

Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
