CFileSrv crash...>

Comet Services at Maxwell Fabrics crashed. They are a 30-user system with a remote warehouse in NC and a very active XAP providing data to their website. In the event viewer under Applications I find a Windows Update Service starting up at 8:09:47 this morning and then at 8:10:11 CFileSrv crashed. Event viewer details attached. Nothing meaningful in the Comet logs. They are running 11.4 of the Comet Services. Should I upgrade to current?
