think DocMgr ate my spooled output

Not exactly sure what happened because I got the screen popup with all three reports in the run as they were being created.

all three reports appear in DocMgr

but when I try to double-click on them to look at them again all I get is a

COPY FILE ERROR 3,3

any and all help would be appreciated.

something goofy happened when the 3rd of 3 was being created... usually I can print the screen, this time it jumped ahead and cleared the screen and closed all programs.

but there should have already been 2 other files stored in the spool archive.... all three appear in the DocMgr index, but I just can't get to them.
