I could only find one COSW.ini in C:\WINDOWS and it looks nothing like the one in your link.... could you kindly advise where I should be looking :)

For the record... the problem seems to be that the DocMgr updated the index but didn't copy the files from the temp area into the archive

the attached .doc shows six spool files from the run of 03/15/2013 (around 14h00 and 16h00) but there are actually only three files (those from 16h00) in the actual archive.
