there is a utility that dumps the data portion of the file to a .csv file
however, except for extended keyed files, the key can be anything up to and including data that doesn't appear in the file
so being able to dump the key first and then all the data elements following it, in the same .csv file, would be useful
as I said... at the present time, I have to write a program to dump the key and then the data in the same .csv file where I know there is a disparity between the key and the data... it's also easier then to re-load the file from the .csv file (after alterations as required)
