I restarted the server and was able to install the new certificate. However, i now see where the problem was -- there appears to be a problem with the Comet AnyWhere license.

In license.txt I can see we're correctly licensed for 33. However, the Comet Security Server is showing "0 of 0".

I have reverted back to the older license until we can resolved this.
