We setup a customer two years ago with a PDF file Archiving system using the Comet PDF printer. I created multiple Archive printers for different programs and it has been working great two years. For some reason they all stopped working last thursday and I'm not sure why.
They now encounter an error 30 when they attempt to print to any of the configured archive (PDF) printers. All the configured archive printers use the "COMET PDF" printer and it works fine outside of Comet. When Launching "Document Manager" it displays the Archive names in the list box but no files are displaying for any of the archives. The .pdf files do exist (and the archive names) in a folder on the server named "ARC". I can create and edit files in that folder outside of Comet. I was able to create a new archive in my ini file and can see it it doc manager archive list but can't print to it. Excp=30 like all the other archives.
Its not a license issue, the Comet LIB is securing.
They are running Comet2010.413/12.05. I know its time to upgrade them, but it was working fine last week.
Any ideas anyone?

Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
