I searched but did not find, though I sifted through the cobwebs in my brain and thought I recalled this issue. End-user finds their report in SP3, goes through the motions to print the job to LPH and it says that it's unspooling in a background partition. I inspect the partition and it is indeed there, but not moving at all. When I connect to their server with Remote Desktop I can do the same thing and the report comes up in the browser.
