DocMgr puzzle

On site at a customer, meeting with their IT guy. User comes in an says he can't find a PDF in DocMgr. IT guy fires up CometAnywhere and the PDF is there (#1393). We walk over to the users PC and it definitely won't show that PDF. Neither after clicking refresh or exiting and reentering DocMgr.

They're a bit behind at Comet16.470.
