I am running Comet32 and it says Comet 2013. Are you running Comet16? Perhaps Jim didn't bump the version number in CosH as we won't be making any more changes to it. We are releasing it only because CosW, CosP, CosC, etc are part of the release and if we make changes to any of them we'd want Comet16 users to benefit also.
