CometAnywhere2013 problem...>

End-User installed new cert last night and their CometAnywhere licenses no longer register. Now, the kicker is that they are running Comet2008 on the CometAnywhere host. So, they are a current subscriber, but they are running an old version of Comet. They installed new cert with no problem last year. Is this a bug or do they have to install Comet2013?
