Comet32 Compile from UltraEdit

Trying to Compile using Comet32 compiler from Ultra Edit. When I compile I get:

But, I can't find the Object anywhere.
Also, when I change the Comet Startup Settings to Target Comet.exe so that it will know to use the CosM.exe compiler, it changes back to Cosw.exe.

Can someone clue me in on the procedure or point me to a writeup?
