Yes, I had two sub-archives with the same name under two different archives. But "on the disk" I only had one folder with that name. And as I said, moving from the two different archives into their respective sub-archives with the same name resulted in all the files from both archives showing up in the sub-archive. As you suggested, I deleted the records out of SUBARCH and deleted the sub-archive folders from the disk. I created the sub-archives with a leading alpha character to differentiate. I'm thinking that the folders created should be the archive name with the sub-archive under it and then manage from there. In my case, T:\Maxwell\spool\ERP\201304 instead of T:\Maxwell\spool\201304. End-user is running .471 and 13.00
