Missing dll MPI8WIN32.DLL

I needed to reformat my C drive to get rid of NT. I did that and reloaded Windows 2000 Prof.I set up the security server shortcut and clicked on it. I got the folllowing err msg
The dynnamic link lib MPIIN32 could not be found in the path D:\cometservices,;c:\winnt\;c:\winnt\system32
