cannot open comet dialog windows

I am running Comet 2011,build 458/12.03 on my devlopment system, Yeah I know I need to upgrade, it's on my short list.

When Running as Comet 32 on my Win 7 - 64 Bit PC I get the following Windows Error Message whenever Comet tries to open a Windows Dialog Window.

COSW: DllOpen

Login failure: unknown user name or bad password.

[ OK ]

I do not get this error when running Comet 16 on my Win 7 - 32Bit Virtual PC from the same work station.

A quick remedy would be appreciated.
