Installed the latest greatest on my development server over the weekend.

I launched Comet on a 32 bit Win 7 PC.
"Comet2012 Build .473/13.02" displays at the top of the page.

I relaunched with a /32 switch and
Comet2013 Build .473/13.02 displays at the top of the page.

Why does Comet when launched in 16 bot mode display Comet 2012? Am I running Comet 2012 or Comet 2013?
