I hate Micro$ost !! There I said it. Or as I usually say, Windows help is useless.
I am trying to add a bit of Windoze programing to one of my program, where I need to add custom calls to a printer driver to activate what MSDN calls a "CustomDeviceCapability"...
My biggest problem, is that in our Comet reality we work with function calls and values, where all of MSDN are using words... like DM_ORIENTATION or dmDefaultSource where some of them have been "translated" for us into PrintCtl.INC in the WDL libraries but not all.
My questions are:
Are the functions/values in PrintCtl.INC up to date ? Can we use more ?
Is Comet's integration using the same values as Windows for it's function calls to the Print Drivers?
and..
Where can we find MSDN's current values ???
It is totally frustrating to go thru the MSDN documentation and find so little information scattered on so many pages. Does any one know ?
I have Visual Studio 2003 installed and I can't find anything in there neither.
