His old PC is WinXP. New PC is Win7/32. Only REMOTE users are validated.
He installed full Comet and it works just fine. On the new PCin full Comet, he did IDMAINT and left the "Door open". Didn't work. Received the "Rejected" dialog.
Went over to customer to look at the logs on the CAW Host. There was only two line "rejected" messages. Nothing helpful that I could puzzle out.
While on the CAW Host (Win7/32), I ran IDMAINT (new) and it looked OK. Exited and left the "Door open". On the new Win7, we tried CAW again. This time the "Access Password" came up. I had him kill the log in. I went back to the CAW Host and closed the outer door. Then back at his full Comet, he did IDMAINT and left the "Door open". "Rejected" again.
He does some IDMAINT every month or so as people move around the network or receive new PC's. Can't believe that all that maintenance was done via CAW or at the CAW Host. But, maybe so.
