Here's what MS says about the call being used to determine admin status:
"Returns TRUE if the user is a member of the Administrator's group"

This does not affect his ability to do ACCESS from QMONITOR, just from CometEx. Maybe there's an issue with this call and Win 7. Do you have Win 7 to try this? I don't have access to my Win 7 today but I will check this out when I do.
