I think the reason you're getting the run warning message is because I sent you a .exe from my computer. That should go away after we make the official release and you install that. Perhaps you can eliminate the message by telling Windows the file is OK. Depending on the version of Windows you may find the ability to do that under Control Panel->Internet Options->Security.

Do you have a #MTB file? I think that's where the default compile options are coming from.
