Err on Comet 2004 -Start up

I changed my Comet Dir from E:\ to D:\
I still have Comet 98 running along with Comet 2004. I did sysgen on them. Comet 98 runs fine - when I switched to 2004 I get the followinhg error:
comet ipc init - unable to load coshipc.dll
coshipc.dll is in their respective directory on 98 and Comet 2004
