Caret in #CFILES weirdness

Trying to clean up some #FILES junk in converted #CFILES.

Reading #CFILES and writing to a temp file using CFILES.INC. Then reading the temp file looking for "^".

#CFILES displays the leading "^" correctly. CometEx Maint shows the "^" in the correct position. But, in the temp file the records with a leading "^" have shifted one character right.
