Hi Tom. Over that last few years that we've been using UltraEdit as our source editor there have been many updates from the producer (IDM Computer Solutions). For each major version change they required a new set of passwords and a small upgrade fee. We found that it became too difficult to try and keep up with all of their changes and passwords so we decided to remove the security code from our IB interface that required a special Signature Systems license. This allows our users to purchase a new version or upgrade themselves at their own leisure directly from IDMCOMP (www.ultraedit.com) for a relatively small fee. Please check out their latest version and if you choose not to upgrade yourself and to remain on the original version you received from us, let me know and I'll see if I can locate the old passwords and get you back in business.
