No, there's currently not a way to turn off the "global" ROUND once it's on. The only way to limit ROUND to certain variables is to add "ROUND" to the variable's declaration directly: ROUND X. ROUND used without a variable name (or list of variable names: ROUND X,Y) causes all numerics declared following to be rounded.
