An end-user called with a security server issue. I connected up to their server and found Security Server with a red circle & line through it, all licensing showing zero count. The box showed a message that I didn't jot down or screenshot because I was sure it was going to be in the log file. Couldn't find it in the log file. It said something about being out of synch. In any case, restart of Comet Services ( 11.4 ) did not resolve the issue. Server had to be rebooted. I connect up to their system and see that they are running again and took a look in the LOGS folder. I see some filenames that surprise me. The files are comet log files. I attached the following screen shot after googling how to do so under Remote Desktop, Alt-Ctrl with a plus sign to copy.
