I fixed the broken link. Even updated the doc a little. The #MTB file is only applicable to Comet16 compilations. It was primarily used as an easy way to be sure all programs were compiled either byte-aligned or word-aligned, as that's very important when passing COMMON. In Comet32 compilations, the objects are always byte-aligned so this is not a problem.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
