Does anybody use either of the above programs to create and maintain data dictionaries? If so, are you able to adjust a file definition by either changing field length or adding a field and getting the "adjust" subsequent starting positions" feature to work? I'm going off the deep end trying to simply add a field at the beginning of the file. I'm going to have to wind up hand entering each starting position or deleting the entire file and starting over.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
