COMMONs and LOCALs go in different section. I don't see why the order (interspersed) would change anything. It's been like that forever. Never heard anyone do or saw any program with clearly separated COMMONs/LOCALs

Just wondering, is there a limit to the size of COMMONs? I doubt it because OE2 passed it to OE3 properly.
