I've been doing that so long now that it's second nature. Where it
would come in handy is for the out-of-town accounts where a hardware
guy is there working on PCs & printers. He tells an operator "OK, now
print something." Operator runs OP, but of course there are no picking tickets to print so nothing comes out & they still think somethings not working correctly.
