Barbara, back to this situation. What i need to do is switch program sets depending on the client id that is logging into our application. This could be a client with unique requirements or it could be to test new versions of XAP programs. Are you suggesting that i accomplish this by having a program "front end" that resides on the XAP directory (which is required for the XAPServer) that decides the client and then dynamically accesses the directory with the program set that i want and then "RUN"s that program?
