Look for the settings.ini file here:
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\PDF Writer\<Printer Name>\Settings.ini

<Printer Name> does default to "Comet PDF" when you run the install but you may specify another name such as "CometPDF" (no space) if you prefer.
