no Licenses ????

I'm at Customer and I noticed that I was running Comet2004 even if they have bought Comet2011 and installed it
On the security server it shows that I have the license for 2011
So I downloaded the Comet 2011 and installed over the 2004.
Now when I tried to start comet it tells me that:

TCP -- No Comet licenses Available, contact your system administrator.
Comet Security Server denied the product security request.

And I`m out.

What should I do ?
