You're right. Error 9B does indicate a network error. CFAM is telling us that it timed out after sending a request to the file server.
Are you getting these errors from any other node or just USER24? It seems to be when running the PROMO[2/4] program and accessing PROMOFIL on COM. Is that the only time they get this error? If everything else runs OK maybe there's something wrong with that file.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
