Printing from CometAnywhere

I'm printing from cometanywhere to the default printer. It works for everyone except one.
We open the windows Print Queue and we see the job being process but nothing is printing (dot matrix printer).
in comet.ini the setup is: Printer = L41,W,N,,#:RAW,,;
the Windows print test works for the printer.
Any ideas how to solve this ?
