Good Morning!
We have had two of our clients switch out their parallel security plugs for
a USB key recently. When they have used the MID function to obtain, what
used to be a unique number, they both received the same ID number of FF00
0028 0000 0000. We generate application passwords for our product from this
number and now they both have the same passwords.
Does the USB key provide unique machine ID numbers or is there another way
to obtain these ID's?
