Best bet would be to swap working PC in and the 9b PC to another location. See what happens from there. If the 9b follows the PC the issue is there. If it works in the new location and the new PC gives a 9b ( I suspect that this will be the case ), then it's the network cable or the 45 jack. This assumes that the network cabling for this workstation goes back to a patch panel or a switch like everything else and not into its own hub. Might even want to swap that run into a different port on the switch to cover all bases. Any construction going on there? I had one account with a run giving similar issues - turns out installation of a large, sliding conference room door had a bolt drilled in that hit one of the cable runs.
