actually... because of firewall considerations the only PC I can use for remote control is the VP of operations (!)

so... this was a way of getting around having to wait until the actual (real) users were off the system (after 17h15)

I'm hoping to test when and if I want during the day.

I think this is a chance to get my feet wet with TRACE... since the reported problem is that the operators have to hit an extra dummy key on a blank line... TRACE should give me an idea just exactly where this program is going.

P.S. for the record... CAPORT is a pretty good "hack" for finding the right target in the network.
