I've got an end-user that is running Comet2003 on a Novell server. They have been trying to migrate to SAP-Lite for the past 7 years to no avail. They have finally listened to us about migrating to current Comet on a Windows server. The Win2008 server is in and I'm connected to it installing Comet Services and Comet2013 .475 My problem is that I start up Comet32 and get a "Security check failed" message. I believe the problem is that this end-user has, for whatever reason, set up their office network on a public IP. The IP address of the server network card is 130.10.10.5 Is Comet going to the default gateway to look for the dongle? If not, is there an alternate way to configure Comet to look for the dongle on this server?
