DLL weirdness

Followup to earlier post where DLL is copied, unnecessarily, from the server to the workstation. The resulting file is zero bytes.

Third occurance on this workstation. XP SP3 and latest Comet.

Workstation log files. Noticed the C32Error files. Maybe relevant as they predate the start of the problem.

COSW.INI - the workstring is the exact file in question (COMETWM.DLL)
