Don't run CAPI in Comet32 very often. Yesterday, after installing 476 and the latest CometUESetup, I found that I couldn't compile from UE without CAPI running. A reboot fixed the problem.

But, when I went to end CAPI it would not accept an ENTER. Had to F3/F10.
