There was a problem with CUTLCPY and Comet32 because it was trying to use # buffer with CSV. That's not supported in Comet32. So, we made a change to CUTLCPY that allows it to work with both C16 and C32. This was done about a year ago. Make sure you have the latest UTL and XTL.
