I've gotten this crazy message for the first time this am....
looked in the support archive and found this before from 2010, 2004.... with the "insert" having something to do with inserts in the key tree...
was wondering if some kind of contention for resources (including data base server/security servers) could have any bearing...
I'm trying to rebuild a file that I don't usually rebuild but once a year.... not that big timewise, but since I can't do any of this over the weekend, have to fight it out with everything else in the middle of the day that's running on PROD box
what I've tried is to re-compile everything to Comet32.... I got one of them to go to successful completion and the "big" rebuild is almost finished.... will test the last one then...
the "big plan" is to replace this "big" rebuild which is really only building indices, with building a multi-key file and let COMET keep everything up to date. Unfortunately, I've got a project in the queue for about a year to change the size of some key fields (serial numbers etc.) and recompile 200 to 300 programs first.
