If you get the message "There is no respone from the Host system", You have successfully loaded COSW.EXE. I do not see why the name of the folder would be a problem, although statements like "Tried to change Comet to D:\Comet .. but CA would not accept D:" are not in any way descriptive of what you are seeing, so are not worthy of a comment.
The message says that the computer at the IP address you are contacting has no comet anywhere host running on it.
