My method (and goal) is to print PDF's all the time. For important print jobs, like registers and journals, I capture the work PDF and launch it. I also do a DOCUMENT= to copy the PDF to a "forever" archive outside of Comet. The latter prevents inadvertent DocMgr "Clear Archive" mistakes. Once the old green bar store room is empty, some poor schmuck is going to get a new office :)
For small reports and inquiries I have a "Pop Up" PDF printer that uses VIEWDOC. These print jobs never go to DocMgr. Less clutter in DocMgr. Users are usually quite happy with the PDF and never do a paper print.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
