All I can think to do (assuming you verify the current version of DirBuild.exe is running) is to send you a version of it that logs activity to a file. Then we might get a clue as to where the problem is. It would help a lot if you could tell me how far into the process it gets before crashing. After you select "Rebuild Directory" does a dialog come up that lists the files? If so, then can you click "Scan for Errors"? Finally you'd click "Rebuild". So, how many of these steps can you do?
