Moving COMET 2002 from Novell NLM to Windows

We are in the process of replacing our Novell servers with a Windows SBS 2003 server.
What is required to "move" from one to the other.
I was planning on downloading and installing the security server for Windows, moving the parallel plug to Windows and simply moving data from one server to the other.
Am I missing anything ?
Do I need a new license file ?
Do I need COMET windows' file system and is there an affordable lateral path ?
