Comet 32 compilation from IB

I installed a new version of Avast! Antivirus. It is a little bit paranoiac... I can live with that.

However, when I compile in Comet32 using CED, it warns me that

C:\DOCUME~1\myUser\LOCALS~1\Temp\cos32.exe

is trying to execute
\\myServer\Comet.2013\Cosm32.exe

Origin 
http://signature.net/download/Comet2013/Comet2013install478.exe

So, why if Comet.exe copied everything to ..\LOCAL~1\Temp\ is IB trying to execute COSM32 from the start-up server?

Shouldn't it be from the ..\LOCAL~1\Temp ??


Tested using Comet 32.478 on a Windows XP Pro computer
