I just tried with a smaller file and it looks like ORD= works (even if it fully absent from the wiki).

My guess is that somehow the lseek offset is confused by the oddball file size 4,294,967,330 which is just a tidbit beyond 4GB = 4,294,967,296

I don't want to use the indexes, I don't trust them....
